Straight From Our KITCHEN to Your Heart
All my life, I have been surrounded by incredible cooks. As a child, dinner was always a shared experience—our family gathered around the table to enjoy fresh, home-cooked meals made with love.
Today, I’m married to a man who shares that same passion for food. Jay loves nothing more than being in the kitchen, creating beautiful dishes. Having grown up in California, where culinary traditions are shaped by a rich mix of cultures, he introduced me to the vibrant diversity of authentic Mexican cuisine.
Growing up in an Italian household, cooking was a family affair. Most weekends were spent making fresh pasta and gnocchi, with Mum, Dad, and my brother all working side by side. My Dad especially loved to cook and was always eager to help prepare the feast for the evening.
We were surrounded by fresh, seasonal produce. We made our own sugo (and still do), baked traditional biscuits and cakes, and were inspired by Mum’s treasured cookbook collection.
And so, here we are today. Jay and I still find our greatest joy in the kitchen—experimenting with new flavours and creating our own sauces, mustards, and chutneys. Now, our son Edward is right there with us, learning, tasting, and getting involved—just as I did growing up. It’s something very special to pass on that love of food and family to the next generation.
But we became increasingly aware that many store-bought products are filled with artificial preservatives, excess sugar, and salt. We wanted something better—for ourselves and for others.
So we started making our own.
We use only the finest ingredients, carefully selecting every element that goes into our jars. We control the balance of sugar and salt, and most importantly, we never use artificial flavours, additives, or preservatives. What you see on the label is exactly what you’ll find inside.
Food is meant to be enjoyed in its purest form—nature doesn’t need improving.
The simple act of gathering ingredients and sharing meals with family creates memories that last a lifetime.
Buon Appetito!
