Something special!
This Red Wine Jelly is made with wine that is produced by my family, using grapes from a small vinyard in the WA Wine Region of Margaret River.
It is a combination of merlot and shiraz grapes. It is a lighter wine - but with so much favour complexity.
A wonderful gourmet accompaniment to any cheese board.
