Baked Brie with Mostarda

BAKED BRIE WITH MOSTARDA
Ingredients:
1 x Round Triple Cream Brie or Camembert
1 x Garlic Clove, cut into thin strips.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Walnut Oil
6 -8 Walnuts
Method:
Make small slits in the top of the cheese and press in the garlic. Find a dish that will fit the cheese snuggly. Splash over a small amount of EVOO (or walnut oil if using) and toss over the walnuts.
Bake in a pre-heated 180degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Spoon over the Mostarda and serve with crusty bread and crackers
